CoinPoker Level Up on 2. March
The CoinPoker Level Up includes 3 areas, all of which will go live starting 2. March:
- New Poker Client: Numerous new features and improved interface
- 100% Rakeback Promotion: 1-month reward campaign in 2 phases
- CoinPoker Ambassador Reveal: Big name joins Team CoinPoker
End of the old CoinPoker era at 06:00, start of the new one at 18:00
What happens on 2. March at 07:00 CET:
- Tournaments will end by approximately 04:30 CET.
- Cash games will be closed gradually.
- Maintenance messages will be displayed in all clients (Desktop & Web App).
- Login will no longer be possible after 07:00 CET.
What happens on 2. March at 19:00 CET:
- 12 hours of downtime are expected. The team is working as quickly as possible to get back online.
- If it takes longer, you will be informed via social media channels and email.
- Download the new CoinPoker software after the downtime ends.
- Log in with your email and your CoinPoker password.

Old CoinPoker Software: Shutdown & Process
Do I need to cash out before the old poker client ends?
The entire balance will be transferred to the new CoinPoker client, so there is no need to cash out.
Can I log into the old client again after the shutdown?
No. The downtime is necessary for the CoinPoker team to carry out the transition securely.
Will I be kicked out of an ongoing tournament/cash game hand?
No. Tournaments are expected to end as early as 04:30 CET. Cash games will be gradually ended by the CoinPoker team, never during a hand. All players will be automatically logged out before the shutdown.
What happens to potential winnings from Coin Races or the Weekly Leaderboard?
CoinRaces in the time window from 05:00 CET to 09:00 CET will be paid out based on the status at the time of the shutdown at 07:00 CET.
Prizes from the Weekly MTT Leaderboard will be credited as Promo Dollars (P$) to your account in the new CoinPoker client based on the status at the time of the shutdown. You can use P$ to register for tournaments, buy into cash games, or play other games in the client.
What happens to my player notes?
Unfortunately, your player notes cannot be moved to the new CoinPoker client.
Do I need to know my old password and login email?
Yes!

Do I need to create a new account on the new CoinPoker client?
If you already have a CoinPoker account, you will also have it in the new CoinPoker software. All data from your old account, including login email, password, balance, etc., will move with you.

Will my welcome bonus from the old software also be active in the new software?
In March, all players on the new CoinPoker software will receive 100% rakeback. A welcome bonus that was still active after 2. March at 07:00 CET will not be active in the new CoinPoker software.
What happens to my earned rakeback that I would receive on Monday?
Earned rakeback amounts will be credited to your account before the shutdown on 2. March at 07:00 CET.
What does rakeback look like in the new CoinPoker software?

Will my tournament tickets be available in the new CoinPoker software?
All tournament tickets will be converted into Promo Dollars (P$), which you can use to buy into any tournament, cash game, or other game. The conversion of tournament tickets into P$ will take up to a few days after the launch of the new CoinPoker software.
What happens to my CHP balance?
The CHP balance will transfer to the new poker client based on the status at the time of the shutdown, but it can no longer be used there. After the transition on 2. March, the CHP balance will be converted into a CoinPoker bonus of the equivalent value in USDT. This bonus will be unlocked starting 1. April 2026.
