On the final day of the Onyx High Roller Series at the Onyx Club of Malta, the 25k PLO Main Event was decided.

Seven of the original 199 entries were allowed to take a seat at the final table to determine the winner and winner of $1,125 million.
In total, $4.8 million could be paid out in this tournament after deducting fees, after the guarantee was narrowly missed.
The German Justin Steinbrenner went into the final as the chip leader, having stamped his mark on the tournament together with the Dutchman Nino Pansier.

This remained the case on the final day, so after the elimination of Youness Barakat in 3rd place, the logical heads-up between the two began.
In a true marathon, Pansier finally prevailed and took the tournament victory. Justin Steinbrenner could console himself with $710,000 after a strong performance.
