Quintet around “Johnny Hell”, Florian Plog and “Gabor 75” share the Kickstarter in the GCA!

The calm before the storm, before all the NUTS go in at the Grand Casino As (GCA), there wasn’t really any of that in the Kickstarter weekly tournament. Because 53 entries already ensured action before the poker festival and €2,332 in the prize pool. In the end, a quintet agreed to a deal.

€50 Kickstarter

39 players didn’t want to miss the start of the poker week at GCA at 7:00 PM with the Kickstarter. For €44+€6, 14 re-entries were also made within the 8 levels of late registration. This broke the €2k guarantee, and the prize pool of €2,332 was played for. The top nine at the final table were to share this.

After Vojtech Duzda (CZE), Markus Metzger (GER), “Heidi” (GER), and “Lupo” (GER) were eliminated at the final table, the Kickstarter was decided. The final quintet agreed to a deal, which “Gabor 75” (HUN, 5th, €348), Florian Plog (GER, 4th, €377), and “Johnny Hell” (GER, 3rd, €402) visibly celebrated in front of the winner’s camera, while the two camera-shy top finishers “Ara” (CZE, 2nd, €405) and “Nazdar” (GER, 1st, €415) headed to the cashier without a photo being taken last night.

At 7:00 PM, the NUTS Livepoker Cup starts with the NLH Opener. For a €70+€10 buy-in, you get 30,000 chips, with which you can hunt for prize money in 20-minute levels. This is guaranteed at least €5,000. During the 6 levels of late registration, the mandatory 2 re-entry options at GCA can be used.
