
The €5,300 Main Event of the World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) 2026 at King’s Casino Prague has reached the final.

Event #5: €5,300 WSOPE Main Event NLH European Championship
2,617 entries had created a prize pool of €13,085,000 – a record field for the World Series Of Poker Europe and thus a successful start at the new location in Prague.
For yesterday’s Day 5, 25 players returned to the tables with a guaranteed payout of €50,000. During the day, the field was played down to the final nine players, and the dream of the €2,000,000 top prize remains for them.

Replay Highlights Day 5:
For our DACH players who were still in the race, however, the dream was over on Day 5. Markus Bonus from Switzerland busted directly in 25th place for €50,000. His compatriot Maksym Mamon followed in 16th place for €60,000, and the best result was achieved by German player Peter Koevesdi in 15th place for €75,000.
From an international perspective, there are still some exciting names in the field, including Brit Brandon Sheils in 3rd place in chips, Chris ‘Big Huni’ Hunichen from the USA in 4th place, Frenchman Thomas Eychenne in 2nd place, and Finn Hengtao Zhu as the chip leader.
