The World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) at Grand Casino Liechtenstein (GCLI) is casting its shadows ahead. On Wednesday, more tickets for the highlight of the year at the GC Pokerroom Bendern, which will be held from February 26 to March 10 in the Principality, were awarded in the WSOP Circuit Satellite.

110 CHF WSOP-C Satellite
The weekly satellite at GCLI not only always offers a taste of the upcoming poker festivals at the GC Pokerroom, but also the opportunity to play for large prize pools for a small buy-in. On Wednesday, for a 110 CHF buy-in, players could earn a chance at a prize pool of at least 1.000.000 Swiss Francs in the WSOPC Main Event. And in the best case, the WSOPC ring even awaits at the end.
From 18:00, the cards were in the air in the WSOPC Satellite. For the buy-in of 100+10 CHF, there were 20.000 starting chips and 20 minutes of play per blind level, which was reduced to 15 minutes after the completion of the 9-level late registration. 21 entries and also 21 re-entries ensured that the 3.000 CHF guarantee would be exceeded. A third 1.500 ticket in the prize pool was narrowly missed; instead, there was 1.200 Swiss Francs in cash for 3rd place.

With the bustout of “Logoudone” from Switzerland, the money bubble burst. This meant there would be a D-A-CH podium. Hardly was that over, and they were already on the ticket bubble, which proved insurmountable for “Hanna619” from Germany on Wednesday evening. For this, there was 1.200 CHF as a consolation prize at the cashier. The two tickets for the WSOPC Main Event were thus secured after exactly 6 hours of play by Thomas Sanli from Austria and chip leader Rainer Bertsch from Switzerland.
