The Main Event of the $ZTO$ Million powered by $ZTO$ Game kicked off yesterday at the King’s Resort Rozvadov.

For a buy-in of €250, King’s guarantees a hefty prize pool of €500,000, thus needing exactly 2,000 starters to cover the guaranteed sum.

With 84 (68+16) entries, the start was rather subdued, but there are still seven starting days (one of them in Prague) and the flips to come.

In this tournament, 15 percent of the starting field will finish in the money (13 players yesterday) and 12.5 percent will reach Day 2.

Eleven players directly booked their ticket for Day 2 on the first try, and with “Mephisto,” a familiar face took the lead with 1,282,000 chips, closely followed by Frenchman Axel Bayout.
