311 more entries went on the hunt for the guaranteed million euros in the King’s Million PLO Main Event on Saturday. Everyone who was anyone was at the start at King’s Resort Rozvadov. 48 of the Omaha specialists made it into the money, 39 made the leap to Day 2, where increasingly larger pay jumps await them! In total, just half of the namesake million-guarantee has been paid in before today’s final starting day 1E. This means a lot of added value for everyone who will still go on the million-hunt today in the King’s Pokerroom!

King’s Million PLO Main Event
The King’s Million Pot-Limit Omaha Main Event has, as the name suggests, a 1 million euro prize pool guarantee. You can play for the seven-figure prize pool for a €1,100 entry fee (15% fee) in 6 flights (5 starting days + 1 Flip and Go). For this, you receive 50,000 starting chips and 40 minutes of playing time per level in the regularly timed flights. The top 15% of each starting flight land in-the-money and thus already have €2,200 secured on their King’s Card. Play then continues without further hand-for-hand play until only 12.5% of the field remains in the tournament. They can then bag their chips for Day 2 of the 3-day event. Day 2 will be played on Sunday from 17:00 with blinds extended to 45 minutes, and later with one-hour blind levels. The grand finale starts on Monday at 14:00.

€1,100 King’s Million PLO ME – Day 1C
103 players started in the third of the six flights from 12:00. During late registration, a re-entry for the €1,100 entry fee was used 53 times. This meant that 24 players (15%) from this flight would survive the money bubble, and for 20 (12.5%), chip bags were ready at the end for today’s Day 2 (17:00).
Internationally highly decorated PLO cracks such as Ismael Bojang (GER, 363,500) or Patrik Jaros (CZE, 480,000) were among those to make the cut. 13 German-speaking players landed in-the-money on Day 1C; we will see 11 of them again in today’s continuation. The most diligent chip collectors from the D-A-CH region were “Moonbird” (GER) with 837,500 and “Flosse” (GER) with 879,500 chips. Only one player was able to accumulate even more chips on this starting day, and that was Björn Verbakel. The Dutchman was able to end the night as the Day 1C chipleader with 1,164,500.
