In this tournament, a hefty €77,777 in prize money is guaranteed for a buy-in of €77, and multiple qualifications are especially rewarded.
96 entries participated in Day 1C, bringing the total participation to 260 tournament starts.
This is still a ways off from the 1,000 entries needed to reach the guarantee, but there are still six flights and the flips to come.
Man of the day was Vladimir Svoncinar, who, with 1,811,000 chips, narrowly missed out on the chip lead held by Ondrej Necas.
