Battle of Malta 2026
The Battle of Malta is THE stand-alone poker festival for every low- and mid-stakes player. For all those who seek live tournaments beyond No Limit Hold’em, the BoM is also the perfect playground. The poker festival is not only very varied and an important step for many towards becoming an all-rounder in live poker, but also very lucrative. Alone in the Main Event, Mystery Bounty, and High Roller Event, at least €1,000,000 is guaranteed.
The buy-ins are moderate, ranging from the €70 Satellite through the regular events with buy-ins between €150 and €300 to the “Let the Battle Begin” Main Event with a €600 buy-in. The buy-in for the High Roller Event is €1,100. Besides the typical NLH MTTs, there will also be poker variants in PLO4, PLO4/5, or even H.O.R.S.E. The tournament types cover everything from Hyper Turbo to Ultradeep Tournaments, and a Ladies Event is also part of the schedule. – In total, 47 satellites, flights, and playing days will be held over 8 days!
BoM – Main Event
The Main Event (May 29 – June 3) has a buy-in of €530+€70. For this, players receive 40,000 chips and 40 minutes of playtime per blind level (20 in the Turbo Flight). A total of 5 flights are held to give as many players as possible the chance to qualify for the 2nd of the 5 playing days. On these days, the blind levels are extended to 60 minutes. The “Let The Battle Begin” Main Event has a guaranteed prize pool of €700,000!
BoM – Mystery Bounty & High Roller
The Main Event is not the only tournament with a guaranteed prize pool. The “Siege of Malta” Mystery Bounty Tournament also guarantees a six-figure prize pool of €100,000. The knockout tournament takes place from May 28 to May 29 and has 3 starting days. Players can participate for €160+€100+€40. With 30,000 starting chips, the levels last 20 minutes. The final of the 2-day event with activated Mystery Bounties takes place on Friday (from 8:30 PM).
The High Roller Event also has a considerable guarantee. In the 2-day tournament held on May 31 and June 1, a guaranteed €200,000 is already in the prize pool. Players can enter the battle for €1,000+€100 buy-in, equipped with a 40,000 starting stack and 30 minutes of playtime per level. On day 1, 12 levels are played; on day 2, play continues with a rollback to level 10.
