On Wednesday, 16 title decisions were on the schedule at PokerStars as part of the SCOOP (Spring Championship of Online Poker), including those in the Super Tuesday across all 3 tiers. The “ST” victory was claimed by the highly successful Andy “BowieEffect” Wilson, sharing the podium with German online legend “sintoras”. The DACHL community had to wait until the last decision of the day for a title, where “greenfou21” from Germany took the trophy in Heads-Up ZOOM. A SCOOP Side Event went to “cAzimiR69”. Super Tuesday – Day 2
The 2-Day Super Tuesday (#55) was decided on Wednesday among the respective finalists in the 3 buy-in tiers (L, M, H). In the $11 Micro Super Tuesday, no German-speaking player reached the final table in the victory of the Estonian “markovitsus”, who collected $8,599 from the $60,466 prize pool.
In the $109 Mini Super Tuesday edition, Day 1 chip leader “Heinomat“, residing in Austria, made it to the final table. There, he finished 7th out of 1,808 to collect $3,581. Things went even better for the Austrian “Peanutz21“, who finished fourth for $9,888. The victory, along with $27,301 from the $180,800 prize pool, was taken by the Brazilian “billionaaire”.
In the classic $1,050 Super Tuesday, “HardiZ1” from Germany was the bubble boy of the final table among 197 High Roller entries, but his compatriot “sintoras” ran to 3rd place, which was rewarded with $23,884. After the bustout of the Finn “PotnaPekka” in 2nd place, the victory went to Andy “BowieEffect” Wilson. The winner’s prize of $39,675 from the $200,000 guaranteed prize pool was not to be the only big payday for the Brit on Wednesday. He also fought for the trophy until the last hand in the $320 Deep Stacks (#59-H). His runner-up finish behind the Swede “Perrymejsen” was worth another $18,717 for Wilson.
SCOOP Events (#59-#65)
The DACHL community had to wait until the very last SCOOP event of the day for a trophy win. That was provided by the German “greenfou21” in the $55 NLHE Heads-Up ZOOM Total KO (#65). Among 931 entries, he emerged as the winner after 4 hours and 15 minutes, receiving $6,162 in bounties. There are no regular payouts in the Total KO, but there will soon be a SCOOP trophy in a German mailbox.

There almost would have been one in the Swiss mailbox of “shakazulu1977” as well. In the $3 Deep Stacks (#59-M), the Swiss player only had to yield to “blocatelli1” from Brazil among 3,158 entries. As a consolation prize for narrowly missing the SCOOP trophy, the Swiss player received $9,724. The “cyberkanguru” also came within reach of a trophy. The German marsupial finished the $109 Razz (#62-M) in second place among 235 runners for $3,344, behind the Finn “h3pp4p01ka”.
Once again, the Baumschlange from Germany narrowly missed the trophy. After an impressive 3rd place in the Sunday Million and 3 final tables the previous day, the online poker veteran continued his run and finished as runner-up in the $33 PLO 6-Max Mystery Bounty (#60-M) among 1,227 entries. The payout of $1,715+$203 will hopefully provide some comfort for finishing the heads-up as the runner-up behind the Finn “Soukkari”.
