The two must abstain from alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs for a year to both walk away from the bet with no winnings, but also no losses. The only exceptions: shisha and vapes are permitted under the smoking ban.

Mizrachi, who won the WSOP Main Event and the Poker Players Championship in 2025 and was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame, sees himself as the favorite in the bet. As he explained on a podcast with Boaz Hepner, Rheem, a three-time World Poker Tour Champion, loves to smoke weed.
Both have allowed themselves an exception a few times, but generally stay away from indulgences.

If both lose the bet, no money will change hands – just as if both endure the year.
Mizrachi explained that he threw another bet into the mix: he could train a six-pack by the start of WSOP 2026. But he found no takers.
