The Grand Casino As (GCA) will host a new poker festival at the end of February to celebrate the anniversary of the Gaming Institute.

The Gaming Institute of Stephan Kalhamer has been in existence for 20 years, making it one of the oldest poker companies in Germany.
The focus of the poker festival at the GCA, which takes place from February 25th to March 1st, is the GI Main Event with a buy-in of €130+20 and a prize money guarantee of €60,000.
There are two flights on the tournament schedule on Friday and Saturday, with the final taking place on Sunday.

A total of €100,000 in prize money is guaranteed at the GI Festival. Other highlights include the €45+40+15 PKO Warm Up with a €10,000 guarantee on Thursday and the €300+30 Highroller on Friday with a €20,000 guarantee.
The festival is rounded off with the €44+6 Kickstarter on Wednesday, the €85+15 PLO Event on Saturday, and the €60+10 Deepstack Turbo on Sunday, each with a €5,000 guarantee (except for the Kickstarter).
