Instead of the guaranteed €2,5 million, there is €4.852.910 in prize money to be won at the €1.150 Main Event of the Irish Open, and the winner’s prize is €517.100.
After Day 2, 122 players still have the chance to secure the title, including high roller Steve O’Dwyer, who returned to the land of his ancestors some time ago.

Several DACH players are also still in the mix, led by Oliver Gayko (2,365 million), Thomas Avgustin (2,315 million), Jörg Schneegass (1,905 million), and Rene Middelberg (1,69 million)
Leading the way is Ukrainian Ivan Chegusov, who, like all remaining players, is guaranteed €5.970.
