Originally, there were 2,025 entries in the tournament, with €300,000 from the guarantee in the prize pool minus fees. 23 players returned to the tables yesterday for the final with a guaranteed payout of €705 + Bounties.
A Greek player nicknamed ‘Zeus’ started the day as the chip leader and was still in the mix when a four-way deal was negotiated. But then he had to bow out and received €12,000 for his fourth-place finish. Spaniard Adrian Salinas Trigo was eliminated in third place for €11,870, leaving two Italians in heads-up play: Antonio Fragale and Marco Di Persio.

The latter emerged victorious in the end and took home €20,115, while Antonio still received €13,715.
